Yeah they are.... Sorry you all I broke a tooth last night and wasnt in the mood to chat..... Like what timing we are getting ready to go on a trip.... Lucky my dentist will get me in this morning.

Not broken, the ER doc did CT scans and xrayed my knees, he did look at those and said no bones were actually broken and no internal injuries...

Funny, my BP was good yesterday too!



I don't have clavicle damages, an being passenger at the time, that would be my right side... seatbelt over right shoulder down to left hip...

What isn't common is for someone to dive forward right before impending impact... I believe the lower part of the shoulder strap got hung up below the edge of my ribcage so when the airbag deployed and I deflected it upwards away from Peg it shoved me back while the strap ratcheted up, torqueing my left ribcage and jamming it upwards... thus dislocating the top part... the lower part is what actually hurts most, with periodic pains around the back... the ridge sticking up only hurt when the doc pushed on it, lol...

New meds are helping more, last night they made me feel worse, was hoping they just needed to get into my system and regulate... finally got good sleep and have some relief from the worst of it...

Lost the sick little cockerel last night. I was worried about the pullet he was with (they were both assisted hatches and well after the other chicks were already picked up and sold); since it was just the two of them in the little integration coop. I needn't have been. This morning she had somehow escaped the little coop and was out with the other grow outs. No problems.

Picking up a dozen BCM eggs next week, so I set up the old Hova-Bator just in case it had somehow gotten adjusted. Good thing I did; can't get the temp adjusted to anywhere close to 99.5. Enter Amazon... new Hova-Bator & turner due in Saturday.
Somehow, it doesn't make sense to spend $120 to incubate $30 worth of eggs! But Amazon comes through again

While I'm on the subject of Hova-Bators, I'm going to try to replace the defective thermostat on my old one; always good to have a backup. Problem is, I've only ever had the one incubator, so I'm not up on current terminology; does the GQF Hova-Bator use what's known as a wafer stat?
