We're having a heat wave, you're getting snow... Crazy, I tell ya. Just crazy!
Eta: wore shorts and a t-shirt all day, here. Crazy.
I guess this isn't the best time to tell you we're not supposed to get any at all
I should know where White Hall is, but I'm drawing a blank. Good luck62 F here today. Now snow tomorrow night ?
I'm glad. Sending a dog to a field trial at White Hall, Md scheduled for Monday.
I don't think SFH are autosexing. They are a landrace, rather than genetically developed breed. In other words, Martin Silverudd didn't have his hand in creating them! Lol![]()
Nature is planning an April Fools on us tomorrow evening . They are predicting 3-6" of snow.![]()
So sorry for the loss of your crop!It is unlikely that any human hands touch most packages from the time they leave the PO of origin till they arrive at the destination PO.
I was told that special handling can be purchased for an additional $10.45 per package. Apparently those packages are hand carried part of the way. Probably used for poultry and bees. I haven't done it but likely worth the extra cost.

I think I'll try it the next time I send birds or eggs to Puerto Rico. Last time eggs were apparently x-rayed and there were deformities in the hatchlings.
I've never worked teams of horses but my dad, uncles and grandfather did. We had the timber cut on our farm. The two guys and two draft horses pulled a lot of logs off the property. I was about 12 and watched them work every day.
Getting below freezing tonight and down to 27 F tomorrow night. I'm afraid all the apricots will be lost again this year. The trees are in full bloom. Probably peaches will be lost too.
Awesome.....I have 2 external pips in Call duck eggs. This never gets old.![]()

Yeah, 55s - they're the crazy, flighty birds I have...they lay amazingly well, but will throw themselves into the walls of their coop when I go collect eggs. Ugh.I'm thinking of the 55's I guess?![]()
My daughter said we got a foot..... On the drive from Traverse City to Ann Arbor we got down to 30 mph......95% of the state is getting 1-3", and two mid western counties may get 3-6". WHY, WHY, WHY?
