woo Hoo schedual is up and I have a bizillion radiation appointments.... None of em say anything but external.....

Now to work on the social anxiety the wells up when I start something new... Yep I am that one.... Run to the bathroom alot... show up too early so I can get the lay of the land.... Bite all mynails off.... what nails I have left...

I consider myself something of a "newbie nerd" whenever I have to do something new or be somewhere I've never been. Always at least 30 minutes early... never sleep the night before... always ask way too many questions. ..

Yes I live . Right now still drugged . Tuesday went to what is now my primary care
Doctor .He had a full blood work up done last week. It was all good pretty much .Even tested me for Hepatitis. The only thing was cholesterol . Bad was a little high good was a little low . So now because of my age, I'm on cholesterol medicine .I also got a tetanus vaccine and a Pneumococcal vaccine. Both are like three in one vaccines. M y shoulders are sore as hell. Had the endoscopy and colonoscopy yesterday. I have a duodenal ulcer .( that was the reason for the bleeding ) I also have reflux . Go figure I have stress in my life . they removed two small polyps biopsied those and the reflux area and I get the results back in a few days. Doctors think I passed out because of the bleeding, and the fact I jumped up to fast for a man my age. He also thinks my dizzy spells are being caused by my anxiety attacks . They are or have been causing me not to sleep .I have managed to control them up till now . So I'm on meds for panic attacks for a little while . I go back in four weeks .If the dizzy spells are still there , I start heart and circulatory system scans. I've already told the doctor
I want everything checked out . I have deductibles and copays to meet before the insurance pays it all .We already met the deductible for this year . And I want to know !!! So I still have to do my chores I swear I can't get out of nothing
Heart attack brother is doing good .We talk almost daily now .Oliver is still living in a hotel They are trying to find a house to rent .Work on their house hasn't started yet I have 180 eggs to lock down today and have only candled random ones .Sooooooooo I gotta get doing my doings . Anxiety meds are getting me through this other thing.... Ulcer is easy to treat if you follow instructions.... Glad your brother is doing well....

See if you cant stream line your chores... dont double back to do things.... ANd I place chairs about or bales of straw to have a place to sit a while and admire the scenery.... does two things. Lets your energy bank fill up again and lets you see what you have accomplished.

Too much peanut, not enough chocolate?
I've tried all kinds of flavors in coffee (there was a Dutch Bros coffee drive through right next to my old job) and I could never quite do the nutty ones - hazelnut, macadamia, etc.

I miss Dutch Bros!!!

They are Call ducks. The stripes could be characteristic of the color variety, which I'm still learning, so hopefully Ravyn can elaborate.



I tried Tim Horton's new Carmel Macchiato yesterday morning. The first few sips were excellent, but by the time I got to the bottom of the cup.... eh, not so much. I don't know why I bother. Just gimme a good cup of coffee please.

Do you like your coffee strong or weak? I think I make mine on the weak side. Gas station coffee always tastes too strong for me.

'Self' in ducks means solid colored... self blue and silvers have dark webs and bills... when you add in any white patterning like bibbed, pied, magpie, etc, then the bills and webs can get varying amounts of white as well...

Any news of 'K' ? I have an appointment with an oral surgeon at 1:30. Apparently I have an abscessed wisdom tooth that needs pulling.

Duckling looked a bit wobbly this morning. I've been giving it vitamin water that has some niacin in it.. And the feed has niacin in it. Same feed I used last time with no issues. . . but I'm wondering if it is eating enough. I've barley seen it eat. Ugh. Darn ducks just worry me constantly. Think I'll go by the feed store and see if I can get the liquid stuff Jana uses.

I have a 97 GMC 1500 series ...... Best truck I've ever had.
Still don't know what to do with it. Still mechanically great.... Just the body rusted away. I'm either gonna put my plow on it..... It out the motor and drivetrain into something else. Was gonna use the engine in my Firebird but then I couldn't use the Shaker scoop.

I really like this one, just wish I could drive it NOW, lol...

Nutridrench? I gave some to both ICU babies, the first one is a holy terror. Pastel is still a bit wobbly, but holding her own. She gets out of the others' way quick as a whistle, so that's a good sign.

And I would absolutely rather be home watching duckie tv.

Just went to the tattoo shop to get the daith piercing.... they don't open till 2:30 (stay open till 10:00 tonight) so maybe later.

I don't like all the gzmos and gadgets, Shade does... I can't even use those 'back up' cameras anyways... I prefer basic... plus, this was a dang steal...

The only big name artists I've ever seen live are the Statler Brothers (more than once), and Conway Twitty, when he stepped in for an ailing Loretta Lynne at our county fair many moons ago.

I'm back minus one wisdom tooth. Surgeon was like, "That hasn't been hurting ? " Umm, nope. Anyway I look like a hamster with one cheek pouch filled, but no pain so far.
