He's gorgeous!!! He looks like paint, but after this week, everything looks like paint.

For cochins we call it splash.
I have some that are lighter, I like his really dark feathers splashed in there.

@room onthebroom - spiffy paint job! Very nice!
As far as the virulent Newcastle's, they're more interested in those who were exposed at the bird show where the infection was first noticed. The latest news letter from CAFHS said they might be cancelling more shows in So Cal this summer.

I've got some hatching going on and I might, just maybe, have one of Peter Parker's babies in there!! I have to wait until it dries out a bit to make sure it's black and not blue. I was kind of concerned the boy might be infertile since I kept getting only blue or splash chicks (Toby's).
