Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

Great job. I hope they appreciate how hard you worked on it. I’d sleep there. :)
Come on over. . I'll play doll house with you too. . :lau
I've had to learn and accept that most the time company doesn't care that much about what my house or yard looks like. I'm the one that likes things to be nice and tidy. So if they don't appreciate it it doesn't bother me much anymore. . I feel good knowing my kids and grands will have a nice place to stay when they come over :p

It's finally done! :celebrate

I'd like to find some side tables to put by the bed and a lamp or maybe two. . but whoa.. Looks so much better than it did!

Yay!! :weeYou did it & it looks awesome!!! :celebrate

Is it wrong that I’m ready for more pie? I’m gonna have to be rolled to bed like that girl in Willy Wonka.

Survived Thanksgiving! :yesss:

Slept in a bit today, but going hunting after while. I don’t do sub-freezing morning hunts. Supposed to get near 50 later today though!
Spooked 3 going to the blind, then a decent buck at the closest feeder. He'd be a good management deer; long spike on the left & what looked like an antler on the right that he broke off. Most I've seen at once so far this season.

I needed to lockdown some BCM eggs before i head out, so after I removed the clears, i was opening a questionable egg. Turned out to be early quitter, but then I could hear the chickens raising hell outside, so I went out and saw a hawk fly off. He was having dinner on one of my yard bird cockerels, right there in my yard! Found the kill spot, close to the pens, he only carried him maybe 30 yards. It was a rooster I didn’t need, but sure hate to see them go that way.
At least I know to leave the ducks locked up today. I was debating leaving them out while I was gone today.
