Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

That one always got me excited as a boy.

I was looking at that just yesterday. Still works.

I love them! :loveI would hug them & kiss them & squeeze them & love them. I would name them George. (no relation to our magician, of course.;))

@007Sean has a dog named George - not after me. I have had numerous beagles named after me. They start out like super stars and then seem to go berserk. :idunno

I still have George the bantam cochin rooster that I got from LaurelMeadows a couple of years ago. He still does his job too. :p

I'm having one of those 'I just can't be bothered' single person evenings.
There was a bit of a punch up in here earlier today between a couple of roosters. There is blood and snot on the wall. I tried a halfhearted wipe up earlier but it's going to need some chemicals. I'll do it tomorrow.
I've also got StockHolm Hoof Tar all down the leg of my last clean pair of overalls so I'm going to have to do some washing as well.
It never rains but it pours eh...:lol:

Chewing on rocks will wear down the teeth still, a lot better than swallowing rocks and needing surgery.

A friend had a real nice Springer who used to be a house dog. Then he decided to start breeding Springers and Hoss got moved to the kennel. When he died unexpectedly, the vet found many, many, stones in his stomach. Apparently boredom or loneliness caused him to eat them.

I would have taken him in a minute, he was such a stable dog, easy going and loved everyone.

I'd bite the bullet & clean it up now. Blood & snot are always harder to clean up the next day.:old
