Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

Where's @LittleLakePhil when I need him?
Trying to change the oil & filter in my Polaris ATV & can't get the drain plug to turn out. Takes a 6mm Allen wrench, which I have, but no telling how long it's been since it's been removed. I bought the machine used & only use it sproradically; haven't changed it myself. Not sure how much pressure it'll take, but I definitely need more torque than what I'm getting with an adjustable wrench handle on the end of the allen wrench. Why does everything I try to do have to turn into a major production? :barnie
Impact driver? Not hit too hard obviously.

This ponds got all kinds Chicki. :lau

It should actually be pretty low energy to heat and cool once we add a drop ceiling and insulate.

You’re gonna drop those lusciously tall ceilings? :hit You’re breaking my heart Shaw. Those are my favorite part.

And I'd have to have a place ready for the ducks first. . they will probably get to move in before we do :lau

Exactly what I was thinking. Do the new Duck Palace first. :old

Not in the house part that has the awesome wood ceilings. Those will stay. We will insulate above it.
The shop part will get a metal ceiling so no sparks can get to the wooden supports under the roof. And plus just in case a tornado would blow off the roof. . we would still have protection.

I have an air wrench, which should be about the same deal, I think, but no clue how I'd make it work with a standard "L" shaped wrench. I got online looking for something that I could put some torque to. Found one that will take a 3/8" ratchet handle, and another with two Allen wrench bits, one of which will supply a lot of torque; should be delivered Tuesday, so we'll see. How did I ever survive w/o Amazon Prime?

Failing having the right tool for obstinate bolts and nuts, I would, though a bit risky under a engine, apply some heat with a blow torch. It''s not for the feint of heart.;)

That is a seriously good idea! I wonder if a camper would fit though that garage door :hmm
We still have some work we have to do here to be able to get what we need for this place. There is a condemned house on our back lot we have to tear down. .
But if we get all that done this year. . maybe we could get a camper and start staying there next spring.
