Surgery went famously Doctor beamed at me when he told me the news. Didnt need to walk so much Bed was cRap...But soon as they put me on Tylenol in my IV the pain mediates.

Doc pre prescribed Norco and Pepsid so I have big big guns here. Just in case... As I start eating I will need the pepsid for defence against ulcers... Day ONe even with just water....

As we used to say when I tutored Business Law students, after a very frustrating visit to the hospital for needed documents and records, I'm pretty sure I have "all my ducks in a row" and am fully armed to go to war with the insurance company in the morning.
Don't you have an advocate on staff at the hospital to fight with the insurance company on your behalf? I did.

Deb the propel it depends on the flavor, but I prefer that to soda water or tonic water and other flavored bubbly waters I guess because it's like a flat tap plus flavor.
IT would be ok if it were watered down by about three quarters.... But the chemically sugar free additive gives me almost an instant headache.

I just like regular good filtered spring water... With maybe an infusion of Herb tea... and a dash of sucralose... i fi wanted it sweet.

Whew I am fading again.... four or five nights of very little sleep is catching up on me.

I had a reaction to some "organic" diet soda that someone gave me, it turns out it has one of those artificial sweeteners that can give you the trots, I had candy before I guess with a different form of sweetener that could do that to you with no problems, but this stuff about killed me! I thought it was either a bug or food poisoning until I had another 2 cans of the stuff and I realized ooops... so I understand why you have issues, better issues )maybe?_ but issues with that drink....

sugar Alcahols.... will do it every time.

Sucralose in liquid form doesnt have them.

There are other extenders in sweeteners that change flavor over time when used in foods and drinks....
