Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

The famous headless horseman hunt. :pop
I had forgotten about that. :gig

How could you forget!!! :th And I looked it up... it started in 1990.

So what you’re saying is, don’t look for you until Nov. 1?

:lau Depends on how it goes... might get bored if I decide to sit and heal...

But I got all the kids up to at least level 9, highest is 11. I think I can get them equipped well enough that they can help pack good punch. :ya

Yeah... that is why I think the people up on Fairbanks must be bonkers... how can anyone go from 80 to -60f and still have a functional brain??

Are they every other week? So 1 more month?
That's what happened here last winter that made the heavy snowfall worse.... It went from-35 one day to raining the next back to -30 it locked the snow on the roof f everything was locked in place.... Created a heavy Ice layer in the snow as well...

I'm back! Did y'all miss me?
Been busy like the rest of you.
Road trip to the Onc. Still in remission :bun
Chickens still not laying and somebody's leaving their feathers everywhere! Thought the molt was almost over, guess not.
Crunchy this morning. Rain barrels froze solid. Time to kick em all over I guess. Supposed to get above freezing for the weekend then snow next week. It's that time.
My brain still functions!!! :wee
Spent part of my last census paycheck on a great deal on a new TV to replace the older one in the livingroom while I had the funds. Moved the old TV into the bedroom to replace the REALLY old one in there. Here comes the brain function part. Both old TVs were connected to the Dish hopper/DVR (and remote Joey) and each other thru the router as well as hardwired to the satellite . I managed all the switching, recabling, reprogramming and remote setups (drumroll please) WITHOUT A HITCH! :clap And all by myself. (Hubby, who can fix anything with a motor disappears when it comes to computer/electronic stuff) And, ran new wires for the landline phone while I was at it. Not bad for a senior citizen with chemo brain :lau. Still need to download the manual for the new TV (of course there was zero documentation in the box except "plug in here and follow instructions on screen" which told me to go to Vizio.com and download the manual :smack)
Do any have tubes?
I miss going to the hardware store and checking the vacuum tubes on the machine they had..... And I remember having to wait forever it seemed for the tubes to warm up and the picture to come on.....
