Came in to warm up after removing a 2 ft drift of heavy wet snow off the top of the greenhouse, workshop etc. My sweet DH had already snow blowed me a trail to the buildings, I just had to dig the doors out.

ALERT ALERT ALERT!!!
Decided I might as well streighten out my checkbook (and check that all was well) while having my coffee, aaaaannnnddddd, TADAH! Our gov. cov.19 checks are "pending" to be released officially into our accounts on Wednesday.
We appreciate being included, BUT, where is all this money coming from to cover all of this? How can we recover BILLIONS being given out not only to our citizens but congress is wanting to send money to just about everybody in Europe and even to China!!! What price are we going to pay for all of this after the fall elections?
The other thing I have to deal with is the fact that, tho we are far from wealthy, our cupboards are full, our house is warm and our bills paid. There are a few things we would like, but we do not NEED this money but I am certain there are many that do. Do we spend it to feed the economy or should we give it to feed and shelter someone else? WWJD

Spring snow, always crazy heavy.

Our "spring shower" was only 2 inches and melted off... not of course the feet below the "spring shower" but eh, I have hope.

How are you feeling Pyxis? Still heathy I hope. We went into our feed store for baby chicks on Saturday. The lady who works there was so glad to see regulars. She said they've been inundated with new customers swarming in for first time chicks.
