they also wont want you to eat anything Red.... no beets no Strawberry juice... don't want to stain them innards with the wrong color.

I lost ten pounds on that prescribed diet... And the purge the day before and I still wasn't completely successful....

But I passed the test and dont have to do it for seven years.

Alaskan, I feel for you. I am having one July 18 in the hospital rather than the Dr. office because the hospital will accept Medicare and her Practice does not.

If anyone follows the zany antics of the Holderness family on you tube. The latest is the wife having a colonoscopy at the Hospital. She has some other health business which causes her to have it done yearly.

According to Google her family has made a fortune on youtube. Al maybe you and I can get a small share of that kind of $$$$. Just don't want anything shown on BYC .

Yep! And I eat lots of raspberries and blue berries... couldn't eat either... any fruit or veggies had to be no seeds, no skins, and super cooked or canned.

Tonight, I had a protein drink... shook it up, unscrewed the top, did something.... sat back down and grabbed it and shook it...

Yep


All over.

Luckily most of it went on my shirt.

Sheesh!

Tomorrow is my clear liquid diet.

Friday is the procedure. Mine is at the hospital.

hope everyone's summer is going as well as can be expected under the circumstances.
All is well, just extremely boring here. Been so wet I gave up on the gardens, no keeping up with the weeds, so for the first time in 20+ years I just decided rather than resort to chemical weapons I just threw open the garden gates and let the chooks and bunnies have at it.

Had to go to town yesterday with the DH. Every time I do go I get the odd feeling of being in a 70's, dystopian solient green type, sci-fi movie. Can't get back to our small piece of sanity fast enough. Speaking of crazy, the violent destructive type of crazy has finally descended upon our state, at least the southern half. Have to say I'm surprised it took this long. At this rate I doubt we will ever go to the southern part of the state again.

Al-sorry you can't eat real food. Never had them get quite that radical with me before one of those things. Mine have always been done in the hospital. The last one I was out completely. guess they knew ahead of time they would probably be doing a bit of surgery. Nothing serious.
