I turned 80% of the fans in the house off. Is that almost the same thing? I think I might actually be able to use the oven tonight.

Luckily spouse was busy yesterday... so the kids took back the kitchen for lunch,, we had homemade bread sandwiches with cold cuts and bacon. I had 2, yep, gorged a bit.

Yep, we have turned on heat.

yep, our heat's on too. Been down in the teens a couple nights in a row so we had to.
BTW a correction. I looked at our propane bill and we're paying $1.20 a gallon, not 2.20. Locked in our price in the summer, so glad we did!

Got a call from school this evening. Snow Day tomorrow! I’m not quite sure how I feel about that. I mean, I’m all for a day at home, but it’s definitely early. A few years ago, we had a snow day May 5. I was less happy about that one.
