The internet says we are in high 30s, low 40s F.

But with the blowing gusting wind and pelting rain...

I want to curl up in bed... brrrrrrrrrrr

We’ve been down to 39* at night the last few days. Crazy cold for this time of year. I just put the turtle & goldfish out into a small outdoor pond this summer. I guess they can hibernate safely if they have time to acclimate, but there was zero transition period & I thought they were gonna die out there. I got them set up today with a little aquarium heater. It’s not supposed to be outside, but we incased the plug & hopefully it will be ok. The turtle is still in stasis, but the fish are happily swimming around again.

When I do something brilliant like that.. the plug from the extension cord to the whatever is duct taped together. If outside in the weather placed on a block of wood off the ground,upside-down bucket over it to stay dry.

So far so good.

Amd yeah,crazy the sharp weather transition.. no idea how people or animals make it... but they do.

Cold stun on the turtles. The Princess acted in a play called "Cold Stun" about an evil 'B' and her family on Cape Cod. Guess what part she played. I'll give a hint - it was type casting.

How very cool they finaly did such a thing in Pulyallup here with the fair let people drive through masked but could get to go orders of the favorite foods

After a few great days in the 70's - November recalled how cold and unpredictable it was years before.

We are due to have highs in the 40's and lows of 20s to 30's.
