Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

@room onthebroom - ugh. Very frustrating! Does the city have plans already?

I definitely value our backyard neighbors' inability to really take care of their property that we look out on. It really just means they're not interested in "improvements".
I’m positive they do, though they haven’t posted anything yet. We occasionally get arrogant, posh project managers who show up to eyeball it. Since they have the nerve to use my private road & park in front of my house, I have the nerve to go out there to stand with them & dominate their conversation. It makes them leave quicker. If they want privacy they can park on the loud, busy, public road by the tracks.

Suspected mom. Out of the two EEs I have she's always in the coop at night and a fair bit of the day and the green egg I'm getting is always in the coop.

I suspect this will be partially blue laced red. I've had some like this before.

Someone on a genetics group on FB said that BLRW don't carry lavender and that he couldn't have possibly thrown the lav chick. But he's my only rooster. Has been for almost a year and a half. But isn't splash like a form of lavender? I know BLRWs carry splash.

I don't think it is lavender, I think it is splash.

That hen is splash, so 2 copies of the blue gene.

The rooster is blue, so one copy of the blue gene.

So blue chicks and splash chicks are possible.
