Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

Hey all I have this frizzle I raised it is also a banty so Son loves it .. We had 4 silkie in the brooder that I took from there and put them in the banty coop..
Imedietly the frizzle starts going after them pecking heads hard and not letting up.
I corraled the frizzle stuffed it in crate. I have never had a bird that hard after others ?

Now I know why this pad is always available. Sour snores loudly, and his pets won’t stop tickling me. 688F0622-DBF3-4B4C-8F70-15D1BB5BF65F.gif 688F0622-DBF3-4B4C-8F70-15D1BB5BF65F.gif

Happy Saturday! We just finished culling quail down to the 6 breeders we will keep through winter. We generally skin them (a lot easier this way) but E plucked a few this time, so we'll see which way we like them better!
I once roasted one just like a turkey
... stuck it in the middle of the dinning room table...just like a turkey...

And then started to carve it ...like a turkey...

When I started to delicately cut off the drumstick I lost it, and my perfect deadpan face went to hysterical laughter.

Great memory.

I forget now what other food I had prepared....

Because I was playing it up... ya know, saying things like how kid #4 would get the drumstick... and how kid #1 likes the wings, so he would get the wings..... pretending it was turkey sized and would feed everyone
