Good morning pond! It's beautiful out today and 53° already. I took Smores for her morning walk and now I'm trying to convince myself to get moving and clean out the coops while it's nice and before it gets too warm. Miss Smores has dropped some weight in the 10 days she's been with us. Some of it was stress and adjustment but I think getting out for walks every day and grain free food is really helping her

Morning Ponders I HATE daylight savings time! Who cares if I can see light with my morning coffee if it means it's pitch dark by 5 (and only getting worse quickly). Besides, it's driving me nuts trying to remember this week when my remote classes go live!

The new babies (remember they are Buff/Lavender Orp crosses) are doing well. Mostly look "muddy" right now, going to be interesting what they turn into.

I don't think they look muddy, I think they look a lovely creamy dusky shade.

That is called a B&B!



Actually, as a kid my family went to a B&B farmstead kind of place where they cooked us ALL of our meals.

It was nice.
