Well, the weather-guessers missed again. While there are whitecaps in my little corner of the pond, there was only about 1/2” snow on the ground this morning, and the roads were much better today than they were yesterday. Still grey and gloomy out there.

THREE are fertile THREE!!!!

The bantams are TWO cocks with 4 hens.. and out of TWENTY ONE eggs, ONE is fertile and growing! ONE!!!

The Spitz did better... out of 5 eggs, 2 are fertile and growing.

Ouch. I'm not having that problem. Lol 3 roosters 25 hens they alllll fertile

Nope... never have. I usually butcher extras in the fall when they are still randy.

Well... maybe that is it then.... don't think i have ever incubated this early in the year.

I am thinking I will fill up the incubator this Saturday with another set.

It will be interesting to see if the fertility is better.
