Happy Easter Pond. We may see 50 here been in the low 40's a few weeks.

Happy Easter, Pond!
I will never see Peeps without thinking of my Step-dad Bob. He loved everything Peeps! But he didn’t eat them fresh out of the package, he let them dry out for a week or so first. After he died, we found Peeps tucked away in all kinds of places in the house. (He wasn’t really supposed to have them because of his diabetes.)

Hurrah! 100% hatch. (well... for the Spitz)

Of course MOST were not fertile. I blame the darkness and 3 feet of snow.

One of them... not sure which, peeped for almost 3 days before hatching!! Silly poky chick! The other was just an egg... then, pop... a chick.

So, dark one is golden spangled, light one is chamois.. Both Spitz.

Good evening pond and Happy Easter! I hope you all had a wonderful day! The worship team pulled off our music this morning at church then had an incredible dinner at my parent's house so it was a great day I ordered some silver spangled Spitzhauben eggs for myself as an Easter present for myself. They've already shipped... then I realized we're possibly getting snow for the next two days :/yay. Hopefully my eggs don't freeze on their journey!
