We had 2 dustings of snow.. but now it is trying to melt again

Hot here 40's nicked the little finger left hand 10 in shear.
Bled allot so poured 7 on it Ouch.
Mocha is groomed again did his toenails with my dremel.
then Moose and Pugs had their nails with it too.
