Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

These pond dwellers ain't short winded for sure :gig Glad your day was good nothing better than doing what you love . I had a mixed day mostly work. I don't know about you but I'm sick of Christmas music by this time every year :sick  Today  me and DW went to the center to have Christmas lunch with Ben . One of the young ladies who works there is a music major at MTSU and plays the violin .She was awesome and played Christmas music for an hour or two . It was so relaxing and she played so beautifully .Me and Ben  sat behind her and listened to it all . I almost fell asleep . Found out all the concert's at the college are free so we're going to try and take Ben to one . That part of my day was great .

I agree on the regular Christmas music... but glad you had a good day with Ben! And that sounds like an awesome thing to do with him, hope it goes well!! :hugs

You got me wanting to go fishing . Must be contagious :idunno . The ice hole thing I'm not sure about though. If I want to sit looking at Iceholes I'll just drive to town. I'll see a bunch on the road :gig

I knkw, right??? :gig

Where's the late night show?

Had to make a late run to the store... :plbb

Chrissy is breathing even better now. :fl
Still won't accept food, but she'll drink sav a chick. She turned up her nose at it last night and only wanted water, so I'm glad she'll take it.

Good! :fl

Give her a couple days on the food, then if she still refuses we can talk about tubing... might want to go back and check out the links Kathy posted on tubing to get ready *just in case*... but shock and trauma will definitely throw them off food for a bit...

Okay... I'll go check em out.
I know she had a big dinner the night of the attack, so that should keep her ok for a bit too.

She's pooping more regularly now... They look ok, just rather watery, which is expected. :fl

I've got movement in 9 of 11 eggs :celebrate

And a 7-year-old that's much faster with closing the door when asked than she is at responding to "Open the door, open the door, open thedoor, openthedoor openthedooropenthedoor!" Can't even blame her for doing what she was told--not her fault I had my hand on the doorframe while putting my coop shoes on, nor that my pinkie and ring tips were in the way on the hinge side...

Good news on the eggs! Not so good news on the fingers

Could be worse--they hurt, but there's not even any bruising. The skin's broken and peeled back a little, so I'm keeping them covered.
