Itty Bitty is still alive at 3 weeks, but not growing much. She is very active, and I see her eat, drink, and poop. Crop feels fine. I just don't understand why she isn't growing much.

Maybe. But compared to her hatch mates, I thought sure she would be a "failure to thrive" victim. She still might, but usually they die before 3 weeks. She's hanging in there.
