I know they're probably poor quality being from hatchery parents and all but which do you guys think are best color wise? They all have solid black feet and bills and not much white around the face.

Do they look like Japanese bantams? I had a BO that was a good mama years ago.

I hatched those BTB Japs last spring and then lost all but one when my brooder light burned out. That's when I bought the brooder plate and said no more lights. Ended up selling the lone girl with a couple other mixed chicks. But I'd love to have some more.

I do have a connection for SQ BTWs whenever I'm ready for them. Beautiful little birds.

I still may have to try some Ohikis, but my OEGBs were awesome mommas last year.

I've been so dang busy at work, haven't had time to stir the Pond water.

OEGB's are awesome mamas... but for their size, Ohiki can cover more eggs, lol... all that fluff helps them pancake even wider...

Ohiki are a long tail bantam... tails are super soft, not hard feathered...

Lots of colors... GDW,SDW, BBR, Black, Wheaten, Barred... believe Aubrey is working on chocolate, chocolate barred, blue, and more... minihorse would know more on the colors...

Body size is a bit bigger than OEGB, but not much... maybe up to twice their size.... their fluff and feathers make them look a lot longer than OEGB's though...
