Slowly working on saddles, a little too slow... but have a few nearing completion

Camp is a sloppy mess, but otherwise good. Deer and turkeys and every other creature are still eating the duck feed, but I finally cut it down quite a bit. Corn feeder with a timer to shoot feed 4 times a day, on a pulley system, way up the tree so the deer can no longer reach it to shake the feed out.

The wood ducks are still around. Haven't seen any babies yet. They usually come for a swim, about an hour before dusk. So I'm hoping the momma has started her clutch somewhere.

snow is on its way out! it was almost 80* yesterday, and today its supposed to be rainy and 60ish

my little stream is currently running over and has white water (its normaly like 6" wide)
it has run over our bridge and is flooding my field, not that you can see it flooding the field, as the field is still covered in snow

Maybe next week.

I locked down my goose and calls due for Easter tonight. Two Calls have really small air cells that for some reason did not develop well at all even though all the rest are right on. I'll try misting them a couple times a day but I'm not sure I can get them to the right size before internal pipping needs to occur. We'll see what happens.

Well she was locked in her own coop. I suppose someone could have gotten out of their fence and into Big Mama's coop after I unlocked it (I was busy and didn't look in her coop when I opened it) and then gone back inside their pen but the only duck who regularly gets out is the Swede and it was much bigger than any of hers and unless the Swede is broody she's laying an egg in one of the hidden nests.

Can someone please tell me which picture of the ducklings in the red converse had an edit on it and what it said... Feeling a little mortified ATM..A girlfriend of mine likes to edit my pictures and I don't see an edit on anything when I post it??? No telling what it says, she's a little crazy lol

I made both pics as big as I could and I don't see anything wrong with either picture. Other than the 2nd picture having the "brushstoke" effect on it, they look like regular photos to me.
