some will go back to the nest, some will be considered 'broken' of the broody bug
there is a better chance that she will go back to it if you also use the original nesting materials

I had the same problem at Subway today..... The lady behind the counter said "you need to push it in farther"....
She said it was kinda sensitive.... I couldn't make this crap up.....

seems like you've done all you can to help her maintain her broodiness - good job, I sayI was actually smart enough to grab the pine needles and feathers that the eggs were laying on , so glad I did that , hopefully she will calm down and go back to her eggs
