This could be our last BYC as we know it, day

Still, the BYH format don't seem too bad and I'm sure we'll get the hang of it. At least we will get some days of "read-only" before we take the plunge which will be helpful. It's gonna be funny greeting new members and not having a clue how to use the site oneself

Lungs are giving me fits again..... Wonder what it is that's bothering them?
I know my asthma does have issues this time of the year but no idea what is in the air that gets to me.

Bit of a downer. The cleaner turned off my bator yesterday. I noticed 16 hours later

And being without a cock (

) there's no replacing 'em so I hope it didn't knacker them all

The Brinsea would have held temp for a few hours, and even at room temperature, I'm sure they are fine.

I tell ya, I had a couple broodies that would leave eggs for longer than I thought they would survive, but they still had great hatches. I'm actually getting ready to move 3 to the hatcher that I gave to a broody, late in her sitting, because I thought her originals were doomed, but one hatched, so I had to finish these 3 in the bator.

When i turned it back on, temp was 72F. They are on day 6. Nothing i can do about it now either ways I guess, but you've encouraged me a bit, thanks
