That's awesome really, but i woulda done kilt it. I know some of them are beneficial, I just never know which ones might be poisonous, so I feel safer. But next time, if i have one isolated, I'll look it up first.

If they stick to a web outta the way, I'm fine... it's the wandering wolf spiders I can't put up with... btw, the males of these usually die off not long after mating...

It's still stumbling along, barely. Sometimes goes for days w/o a post. Sally's other thread ain't a lot better these days. Kinda sad, really, given how active both of them once were. The change of format hurt us; we lost several folks, but they were both slow even before that. Even Sally's been MIA for well over a month; don't know what's going on with her. She's on FB daily talking goats, but she's not been back to either of her threads in some time.

Plenty of activity here... always someone to talk to... you're always welcome to hang out...

It's a wonder I'm not in a car accident every other day lately. Have ya'll noticed the hotter it gets the more stupid things (already) bad drivers do just to get ahead?

It's fine with me! As long as I don't end up with a bunch of other males too, lol. He sure will look pretty fully grown. Might have to name him Draco, for all the white peacocks that were running around Malfoy manor.

wont get on a soap box here but this is a big one for me.... I also would not have made a comment to someone who has them.... I tend to keep neutral during public discussions.

My 1st horse had been on the big lick circuit, and was just down off pads when I bought him. I kept him barefoot on the back, toe weights up front; just enough for a little lift to clear the rear hooves...he had a pronounced overstride. No chains, no rollers, no nothing except the toe weighted shoes, but he'd put on a show if I asked him to, which I occasionally did, because I knew he'd turn heads.
Unfortunately, I only had him 18 months. He took on a Chevette on a stormy night on Rte. 57, in southern IL; he lost.
