Hi yall. Been a swamped kind of day, and not pond swamp.
Caught a coon today next to the coop at camp. It had been reaching thru the wire, scooping out chicken feed. Had a mound outside the coop. Luckily he didn't bother any chicks. Now he can't bother anything!

Lav orp hatched 2, one is DIS, the last egg still appeared to be alive, but alot of fluid, so I'm doubtful it will hatch, but I left it.

Comet still only has 3, but as staggered as those eggs were, I left them all (she was still on them, just got up for a minute), so will see tomorrow if any more hatch.

All other broodies and babies are fantastic! Oh, I'm selling the sebrights tomorrow to free up a pen for more OEGBs

My parting thought....thank goodness for wild turkey.

Good snag on the coon... very glad the Lav Orp hatched a couple at least! As for the Comet, yeah, that should be fun, lol...

Wazine only treats roundworms... if they have those, you would see them in their poops... Valbazen or Safeguard treats all (or most) worms depending on how you dose them...

Hi pond dwellers. We're having a great time in Pagosa Springs. The drive up was gorgeous. Tried to post a pic but the hotel wi fi can't seem to handle it.

Had a habanero lime cider at the brewery with dinner and though of you all. Soaked in the mineral pools but not sure I'm magically healed. Better soak again tomorrow just to make sure.
