Good question... I haven't bought chicken in the grocery store for a long time and I don't think I can compare the quality of the meat (I'm definitely biased toward my chickens and their flavor - and knowing their quality of life is so good compared with the factory birds)
But, I think I am debating the time and energy. And I still have enough birds in the freezer to last until the next crop gets bigger - although I have a Bielefelder in the cull group and I'd really like to see if the meat is all that it's advertised to be...
I think, if the DH will help me, maybe I might do some processing (wow, that was a long "think out loud" comment!)

Bwahahaha..... I am guilty of that "think out loud" syndrome....

Can't believe I'm still tucked about losing that fish.... But I'll remember that planner board being drug under like a giant bobber for the rest of my life..... That fish will be a legend in my mind anyways..... Probably by the time I die it'll be as big as the boat......
