Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

Hot rocks - I've heard of that. What do you do for temperature control ? Too hot might be dangerous.

My hubs used to be toasty all the time... (he'd ask if i needed him to plug in his heater :lau)
but since his surgeries, he gets cold too. :p
:lau
i thought your cold still wanted you to post something funny! :D

And i thought the meth heads ruined Sudafed from being able to be bought by normal people like us. (normal, being non-meth-heads only)

 :duc :lau

"Plug in heater" - not a bad line. I'll give it a try.

Princess has a broken thermostat - pretty certain.

Well, fix it, fella. Plug in, man! ;) :lau

Interesting fact, these things really shouldn't be used for reptiles. A lot of them don't have great temperature sensitivity in their bellies, which means they are often burned horribly by them. Snakes and bearded dragons, which are on the package here, should NEVER have them. But companies just want money, so they'll keep making them and putting those guys on the packaging :/

That's awful! :(

That's a good thing right??

Well, yes, of course! Just means that this packrat has less time to get rid of stuff (Tom is not a packrat. Makes moves interesting... I already culled about half my books moving from Sacramento to here, and getting more Christmas stuff is like pulling teeth! Did get some nice ornaments this summer, though, even if I didn't dare get any blown glass ones...)
