And you are correct, he did say good morning.

And there might be a few getting due for a search party. Maybe overdue. Have we gotten more understanding or just less intrusive?

The tufted Araucana bantam chicks fluffed out... they were being uncooperative for good pics, lol...

1st one looks single tufted... I don't care, just thrilled to get tufted babies from Tank finally...

But 2nd looks like HE inherited the full glory of his mom's double tufts!

Oh, and btw... if you like the tufted look, stay tuned for pics tomorrow of a glorious tufted roo... am leaving at about 2am to drive to Cape Girardeau, MO to pick up our new lf black Araucana roo...

Mixing them does make it sound like Stewart is on the menu, he's currently not. I think the authorities frown upon taking care of "those others" as easily as a bad Cockerel

Tank has an amazing personality to match too... but she's at least 4yrs old now... was worried we'd never get some tufted babies from her, but she pulled through!

I'll be careful, no worries... Shade wasn't going to go, but possibly might now... she took 2 hrs off the trip since she is taking him to work to meet us there...

Thanks... those tufts are about perfect... think that's the only thing perfect in the flock when I got them!

I actually prefer night driving for long trips... makes for less traffic and hassle... plus want to be home before the day is over with, lol...
