You building on top of a cavern?

No turns out it's Georgia red sand in middle Tennessee of all places . While the holes are not big the volume of soil moved is enough to cause me much more work. Delayed the engineer for a day to make sure there are no more holes are soft spots . I've worked with this one before and know what to expect . Several tons of crushed stone compacted lots and lots or reinforcement steel .

Morel of the story is I ain't happy it ain't no cooler and I ain't no spring chicken . Money's good though .
