Hockey's the only sport we watch here. Who's your team? DH is a lifelong, diehard Red Wings fan. DD1 is partial to the Ducks... I don't know if that's because they're our closest team or if its because they are Ducks.

I don't watch hockey....that was a miss quote i meant to quote Walnut as she is coming up this way for a hockey tournament. But if i did it would obviously be the Red Wings....I Watch baseball....the Detroit Tigers......named one of my kids after baseball players on the Tigers. That and NASCAR.

We've been watching a bit of the Olympics. DH is turning on mostly swimming & archery so far.

Phil, I see you're from MI, so "who's your team" is probably a really stupid question.

And where i live everyone is a Green Bay Packer fan.....

We fish them here in the Menomonee River......you chain you rod to the lighthouse and wait for the fraught to start screaming......my buddy Glenn hooked one with his steelhead and fought it forever before it broke off....i think it jumped about 6 feet in the air...

Kenya is pretty nice and well established for tourism, but if safaris are your thing, then Tanzania would be my preference.

Had she not been so darn expensive (including flying her up to Nairobi, from the coast) I wouldn't mind, but i was expecting that she'd be laying and that she was the real deal as i was told she was both

Finding another source here is proving almost impossible, so that adds to the frustration. Such is life... and no biggie in the grand scheme of things.

PUDDIN FLUFF?

Well, our street is named Puddin Ridge (no kidding) and when we first got our chickens, the kids favorite part of the chicks were their butt fluff, so .......... it was a name that wasn't taken.

Ravyn and I forgot she would be crossing the time zone, so we were a little ahead of them

But look what we found!

Fresh from the Lake King Salmon...I'm supposed to go out to Fairport this week fishing for Kings.
I fixed my friends boat....after he and his partner struggled for hours...so he's taking me on a free charter. But he's stood me up before after i fixed his other boat. This will be the last time if he does it again....he can PAY someone else to fix it.
They probably won't make house calls either....so hopefully he keeps his word....

WV and Phil should be together and we could all have a party!!! I miss fresh smoked Salmon.
