Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

Broody hatched out two of these things. They won't hold still for a proper picture.

That's good! They wouldn't even let me take mine home with me....

My dad, when he was a teen, blew off his middle finger and shredded his pointer finger on his left hand with a cherry bomb. They could have re-attached the middle one, but the boys in the car got sick and threw it out the window. So.......
They fixed the pointer and it only bent at the hand joint.
when I was 11, that one kinda got in the way of the table saw blade.

@Puddin Fluff , in regards to your comment about good family.....WELL, the ones I associate with are good, I really thought no one would show up & I gave them all the option & totally would've understood. Maybe my cooking is just that good!

Sounds like.

Kids are home. Hubby is barbequing chicken. I'm making homemade mac and cheese, broccoli, garlic toast and homemade brownies. Gotta Go!

You are such a poultry enigma. :gig
I get so confused keeping up with your bird color genetics. Note: Not chocolate, fawn, but that's ducks. Lavender AMs split to black...etc....

I like to know the hows and whys behind the whats, lol...

weird, i wonder if the fawn is from chocolatexblue originally? i am NOT good at color genetics

lol, your poor phumb

:lau

are you sure its lavender? or is it self blue? lol

Don't think so... chocolate is an even color, fawn has the chevron patterning like greys but no eye stripes...

Another blue bibbed...

This one might be Lavender... hatched some eggs from a friend and she said she had Lavender Pied... but the one in the other pic was hatched out of my flock while the ones I hatched from her were still babies...

My mixed Snowy girl... doesn't she look just like Peep??

we never found the piece

Now THAT is disturbing, lol...
