Don't ya just love those Terro baits? I'll never not have some of those things handy. I had some teeny tiny ants at my last house, that stuff worked wonders!

I am not sure how long she has been "missing". Baby boy was born on 17 Oct. Baby girl 27 October. I noticed earlier this week that she was missing.

I had been a bit pre-occupied and had not done beak counts when I put everyone to bed. OH SHOOT! Just realized I have to worm her! She wasn't out when I did that. That is how I noticed she was gone! I gave the first dose on the 1st so she has been sitting at least a week. By development I am thinking a bit longer. NO ONE is giving me eggs so I have no idea whose eggs she has.

Caught all but 3 of my escapees. 2 hens and a rooster left. I have 9+ very very unhappy chickens in my main run tonight.

looks nice! How big is he?

I haven't weighed him, but all 3 of the barred ones are about the same size, body about the size of a grapefruit maybe. The fluff and camera angle (plus I'm kinda small) make that one look bigger than he is. The black and chocolate boys are larger than the barred ones.

Thanks! Minihorse gets a lot of the credit for those, lol... Lady Grey is the first I hatched from her eggs, Cocoa Pop next to her is her daughter... the Silver boy came from 5he grey hens I got from Minihorse too, and possibly LG's mama, lol...
