Ok got the fish stuff-will be here by Saturday-Thank God for Amazon Prime and for you!  When you say tube food????????  

If she is eating on her own, it's not something you have to worry about... but I have tubed before... you attach a syringe with liquified food to a tube you slide into their crop to make sure they get nutrients... done it with liquids too, and like Kathy said, you hydrate before food...

But it was so sweet how they kept calling the birdie "the patient"!!!!

No way I could do this on my own (bird or person) with my hand but thankfully she is eating and drinking on her own.

She was one of the birds I bought from the girl that was selling out hers. I dont know a lot of her history. but it made me get all my other birds from her looked at REALLY closely again! are any of these diseases really contagious? she and the frizzle roo she is with are in a separate cage and no other birds are showing symptoms and looking good. They all got wormed today. and then Bill wonders what I did all day....

Everything takes me 10x as long with this hand if I can even do it at all.

Good point... if eating enough on her own then no need to tube food, though tubing water might be helpful. @meltel , do you have access to lactated ringers?

I think I do have some sterile syringes of 0.9 NS laying around from my pocket leftovers at the end of the day.
