How much does she weigh? (sorry if I missed it) pretty sure its 0.23 per pound, so that would be fine up to 4 pounds, and shouldn't OD even a 2-3 pound bird. Right?

Not sure what she weighs but it ain't much. I checked Ravyns post about deworming from a while back and it had .5cc per 2.2 lbs (or something similar to that).
