All my unsold Christmas turkeys have now been converted into other forms.

15# ground turkey
12 drumsticks curing for smoking
6 thighs and 12 breast sections vacuum packed for grilling
the rest of the drumsticks and breasts and thighs par-cooked for pressure canning
turkey tenders vacuum packed
necks, wingtips, small wings simmered into broth

We can't raise beef or hogs but turkeys sure do contribute nicely to the freezer.
