stupid question, blackhead only affects turkeys and peas??

My understanding is it is caused by cecal worms. Any birds cam have it but may not show symptoms.

Don't know how accurate all that is so take it with a grain of salt.

I remember being cautioned about keeping turkeys with my chickens, because of blackhead, but I can't remember the exact problem that they carry to the chickens.

i think its the chickens that pass it to the turkeys and peas but the chickens dont get the same effects
