Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

LOL...  I am a creative individual  dont follow normal doctrine.

We had a plumbing issue here at the house.  I arranged FOR the "arrproved" PLUMBER to come out and do an estimate.  Keep in mind I have power of attourney.   I signed approval for the work...  and work progressed.  Then i WAS accused of trying to steal the house and that She was NOT dead yet.The house is being left to my son.

I dont FREAkING want the house....  I have my own freaking house that i despareately want to move back to.  I backed off  and she signed the documents...

I am very tired of dealing with someone who dosent have the same values as I do.

She needs me though.  MOM cant deal with her.

I love her Just dont like her much.

In my case, it's my Mom playing me.  I have power of attorney over her affairs, but she still takes care of paying the household bills (after I infuse money to her account on a monthly basis).  But when something expensive or important comes up, even if she starts it, she says she has had strokes and can't make financial decisions and for them to talk to me.  And of course they want money for something she signed for.

I am not ready to have her declared incompetent yet but it frustrates the crap out of me.  We talked for three years on how she and my dad needed to downsize, the ranch is too much.  My Dad passed away in September and she cannot do even basic maintenance.  She HAS to move.  She knows she has to move.  She found a family at church with some interest in the property, so I hired a realtor to do a market valuation and got three appraisals.  All are well over the county tax valuation.

She wants $40,000 more than the highest appraisal.

I am negotiating with the lady now and will let Mom know what they offer, if they are still interested after that crazy number.  They even liked her one legged parrot that came in as a stray, she has been trying to sell him for six months, she tried to sell him to them.  I suggested she throw him in to sweeten the deal.

Nope, they're no good, here's a unpipped egg, completely shrink wrapped.

This isn't shrinkwrapped... they should be fine... healthy inner membrane is white and wrinkly... that's normal... :)

I was expecting clears... oops... :th

Well, some of the eggs were early pullet eggs. I haven't even figured out which girls are laying which eggs yet, so I thought some could even be first-eggs.

Speaking of... I do believe this is the first-ever-egg I have gotten from Cleo. :ya

She's a blue brassy OEGB, her man is an SDW, so I may or may not hatch any of those. The only other hen in that pen is Harriet and she's kinda ginger red-ish, but a fabulous broody! Designated broody for this summer. ;) So that may be my broody raising pen.

But knowing me, I will likely experiment with some Cleo eggs when I start incubating SDWs, just to see what the babies look like. :D
