I'm not entirely sure, but I think that image has the chicks being assisted a little too early in incubation....

Yes, to 101.5*F at top of egg.

Good morning OZ .

Yes you have to raise the temperature . A lot of hatchers drop temps for hatching a degree. So if you forget they should still hatch .

0% first time, user error, 91% next hatch, and I forget the rest so hang on a bit whilst I nip off and find my notebook...
