I'm changing my answer for my favorite. This is how we make our Pollock and it's the best!

Lol. Well I've been eating fish and deer all my life including catfish so it's all in what your used to I think. I'd rather have deer burger than beef and a lot of people think it's nasty.

Oh, now I do like deer! Burger, roast...All of it. My dad makes some amazing jalapeno cheddar summer sausage with deer. Mmmmmm!

I have had it like that. Cooked a lot of tilapia when I cooked for the nursing home. Used Mrs dash. It wasn't bad but I like my fish fried and unhealthy lol.

I make a chowder with tilapia in the winter..Even the picky grands will eat till they nearly burst!

Yep, I do love fried as well! And I make hush puppies, but with grated squash and zucchini, some shredded cheddar, and deep fried! Kids call em Squash puppies!

Sunfish are tasty...Northerns are good, Walleye are okay...Halibut is good but a little costly for the retired guy...
