Well I finally caught up from being 10 pages behind so now I gotta go make a little effort to do mowing and pickup around the place so I can be 10 pages behind again.

Not so much, from what I glean. Scones are more dough oriented whereas biscuits seem to lean more towards a pastry basis. Pert will set things straight for us.

Scones can also be savoury - cheese and bacon is good, or on top of a stew, which then becomes a "cobbler"

You mean biscuits here or there? Ours are dough, not pastry.
