Hi all! Hoping your weeks all start off well! We are looking at one more day of heat (supposed to be 106 today) and then nothing above the 90's for the rest of the week. We will all be quite glad to see a change in the weather!
In other news, I'm ridiculously excited about the Ayam Cemani eggs coming my way from Rav and Pyx. When I impulse bought the trio from Papa's, I didn't know how much I would like them - had heard they were flighty and I have a lot of that going on right now. They have totally worked their way into my heart; especially the cockerel. Although he instantly became the number one boy in the coop, he is very kind to his fellow bachelors. Also, his crow sounds like a distant, gravelly howl.
