Oh dang, I'm pretty sure you called me out on my misspelling of the word 'Bielefelder' a few months back. In my defense, I had never heard of them until my mother showed up on my doorstep with 3 dozen of what she called 'Bellfeller' eggs. Obviously, Google was not super helpful in narrowing down the possibilities so BYC was my next stop. But I still belong on this list I suppose



So back in the 90's when they had just started making those printable business cards that peel apart, I made a bunch that just said, "You're not special" and handed them out to anyone who offended me.

Edited to complete this pointless story since I hit 'Post' while typing.

Now that name should just be illegal, lol... some of the names they come up with, for cripes sake! Can't expect people to always spell those correct, and some of those are lucky to get spelled correct just once!
The irritating part is the people that say they have been breeding Cooper Morons for years, theirs are SQ and everything!

When we first moved here, we lived on Chestnut St in a little rental with a jail view from the front porch. Good times.

I remember walking past there. Were you there between January of 2000 and April of 2001? We were in the big apartment complex, on the third floor next to the pool... Hated the hill by the planetarium when I'd get back from shopping at Winco

Problem is I don't want to get a business license....

I want to call it "Tea Rose Designs" though If I break down and do it.
Then I have to do a fictitious name search to make sure someone else doesn't have it.... I need to talk to a legal site.

I know for Drafting services key word Services you dont have to have a license... Or you didnt when i used to do it. Paid my mortgage for about six months drafting out of the house.

Have you tried selling on Etsy? I think my aunt has had some success selling her paintings there.

Ok may not be an issue.... My house is in the County so all I need to do is file for a fictitious name I dont even have to do that if I use my own name in the business title.

here in AK you only need a business license if you make lots of money. You always have to pay sales tax though, every quarter.

Have you tried selling on Etsy? I think my aunt has had some success selling her paintings there.

I am not ready to do a large scale operation...

With Etsy to do it right I need to have a photo setup and do some quality photos... Write up descriptions that are easy to read and informative to boot... But I do need to plan for that eventuality.

Some of my favorite artists on you Tube have done videos talking about their business success... to a one they say they still have Etsy accounts but rely on either Facebook or a Full on Website for their sales.

I personally lean toward a website... But that again will be more work than I am familiar with at this time.

I do admit I do need a central location to share that has pictures of my work....

my problem is with goats.

I am a horrid speller anyway, and spellchecker is happy with both Saanan and Saanen. Can't remember which is correct.
