I bought a nice brahma pair from good bloodlines too. Now that we're on the way home the cockerel keeps coughing. I hope it's just from all the stress panting they're doing. If not, I'll have to cull them, which would suck. He's also doing a lot of crop adjusting maneuvers so I'm hoping he just needs a drink.

Hope he's OK!!! Can't wait to see pics... Love Brahmas!!!!

My yard isn't quite as peaceful. Just went out to take the fall mite treatment off the beehives to find that Blue Team, overachievers that they are this year, Sim Cityed the medicine board I usually use - honey and wax everywhere... calling all insects into the yard to have a sting fest over the spilled honey. It's horrifying out there.

I'll be making real medicine boards for next year.
