I think we have discovered what may be going on with hubs. I'll give more details once we know for sure. But we had a good talk before I went to do barn chores and went over symptoms and he sees it. Next is diagnosis. This is good. But it's a long journey.

That's all it is. We've just struggled for so long and mostly alone. It's good to have friends who understand!

I hate funerals... sit in back or in the foryer.... even for my dad...

Don't got no emoji, but I fear that my birds may head the same way. Over the past month, bees have been finding chicken feed very attractive, for some reason. Come late afternoon, the chickens can't get anywhere near the feeders

A bunch of honeybees found my feeder last year. I called a local bee man over; he said they wouldn't bother the chickens (he has them himself) & would likely be gone the following day. They were.
