Use a siphon hose like siphoning gas out of a car. Stick one end of the hose in the tub and give a good suck to the other end.
If all else fails befriend a hooker ;)

Uncle Mitch was police Chief of Ridgecrest... Back when the gas rationing was happening... People were stealing gas out of parked cars... Siphoning it out.

He was on the track of a fellow and came upon a motor home.... Sipon still in the tank and a line of puke going down the road...

Sipon was in the sewage tank..... :lau

:sick LMAO That's why I use this kind All it takes is the right hand action . To men it comes natural . Women have to be taught the right technique :lau it will move light weight oils . Several quick jerks get it going . Northern Tool carries it in their stores . the one with the copper end is better than the plastic one .There's no sucking involved :( takes all the fun out of stealing gas . Yeah figured I better clean it up a little :lau

Don't go anywhere; going to try to upload a picture that might give you an idea
I can't get it to upload; I'll try tomorrow. All it is is a siphon pump for a kerosene heater that lets you fill the heater's tank from a gas can just by squeezing a bulb

Instead of putting the fitting on the wall put it on the bottom and screw an elbow onto it.... put a length of PVC then a ball valve on the end .... Then the hose adapter and you are off and running.

Oh yes. Hubby knows how to do this. We will defiantly be installing a drain In whatever we use in the new run. We are thinking about doing what w v did with her boat drain and putting a ball valve down in a bucket buried in the ground.
