Phew, just got done catching and packing up birds to take to the swap tomorrow. Fingers crossed that they sell well

Also, my AC broody has chicks! I don't know how many yet, but definitely some. I knew her eggs were due on the 3rd at the latest, but I guess they were due today. So she got moved, nest box and all, into a crate, where they will stay for about the first week before I turn them loose with the whole AC flock.

Chit day. Co-worker driving me insane.
Daughter leaving tomorrow.
Found out we aren't doing summer school anymore and that drops my yearly income by about 2,000 dollars.
Car needs another 100 dollar part.
Ducks can't get along.
Hubs is fed up with his job. . been in a bad mood every day for a couple weeks now.
My great uncle is dying of cancer and my mom is crying her eyeballs out.
My step daughter's dog died.
I'm not in a very good mood myself.
oh well just another day in paradise.
I know there's lots of folks worse off.
I just wanna whine a little bit.

look at this creepy doll I found in storage while getting some stuff out for my daughter. I thought I lost her years ago. . . she was tucked away with some of my daughter's baby toys. This was my favorite doll I got her when I was about 5 or 6.. I never was the kind of kid to throw fits in the store cause I knew I wouldn't get away with it. I remember vividly the moment I saw this doll and had to have it. I cried and pitched a fit. Got a spanking over it.
My mom went back and got it later and saved it for me for Christmas. It was my all time favorite Christmas gift. Her name is Anna belle. No joke. .
