If you got a rooster in the bunch segregate those I want eggs . They should look awesome full grown. I think the one with the most black may be . Not sure though . Reds blues and gold are slower to show male traits than sliver laced .

I've been invaded by Asian lady beetles Worse they like me nobody else just me . I turn on a bug don't say much for me does it Just dropped in to say Hi how are you I'm busy. time to cook After I feed this bunch I'll come back . I mean after all somebody got to annoy you see!!!!!! I do have a purpose in life

I feel your pain... literally, lol... little flockers swarm me too... end up down my shirt and bite the crap outta me!

She was so little! That was a very special day, all around.

Bugs came out again like crazy a couple days ago it got warm out. . I thought of you @room onthebroom I had some kind of insect on me that was black but had a bright red stinger that looked just like a scorpion tail!! It wasn't very big but I flipped out cause it was fixin to go down my shirt! I screamed like a little girl and flicked it off real fast!

Well, two full weeks and everyone's alive. We haven't gone that long without a sick or dying bird in a couple of months. Not that the breakout phase is over - it definitely could hit again - but I'm cautiously optimistic that if weather cools down, so will the virus. I have mostly wrapped my mind around this crazy thing, and debunked so many myths I had read and heard - thanks, in large part, to so many awesome BYCers. Pathology lab vets were also super candid and helpful. I really hope Ralphie will write his article.
