Where have you been? I been dying to tell you, I found a mate for Dirt.

I can't get a pic, because it's in front of a house i drive by on my way to work, and I'd be afraid of getting shot if i stopped for a pic.

I'm here. . for a minute.
Just been trying to Christmas shop on Amazon. last minute I know! But I have prime so hopefully everything will get here. Plus winter chores take longer. . I'm hating the Frozen water thing already
And hubby has been getting home earlier this week . . which is good. . But bad. He thinks I need to be up his rear end entertaining him. I am so behind on laundry and house work!
Tonight I finally got Skype on my phone so I can talk to my d d in Kentucky. She still doesn't have a phone . . or a job or a clue what she is doing. But she has an I pod so I got to see her on Skype tonight. Hubby is blown away by Skype

I wanna see the mate for dirt! Dang it. . go knock on their door and ask if you can take a picture

I can't think who I might sound like celebrity wise. . . . pretty southern y . . a little okie mixed in. My best friend is from Oklahoma and I pick up her lingo anytime we are together lol. I find I adjust my accent depending on who I'm talking with if it is professional or relaxed. . when relaxed I sound like a hick I'm pretty sure lol.

Hm... I'd like to say Shania Twain just to get Ralphie drooling, but I don't really know, lol. Might have to poke around and see if I can find any.

I live under a rock in terms of music and celebrities.

Well, it's been a day. Busy, but good. With all the people in that room recording stuff, there's got to be decent video forthcoming.
And, in chicken news, B.B., the olive Egger - the only pullet out of I don't even know how many I hatched last year - has finally begun laying eggs under one of the toyon bushes. The little Gold Frisian Gull "Cheetah" took me to them... like in a very odd, "Come over here and see what I found" kind of way. They're darker than in the photo.

I wish @room onthebroom would pop in... Shes in that general area... Though I think I remember Carlesbad... wich is a few miles more toward San Diego than this burn corridore is.

Hi deb! I'm here. Its raged thru north Vista. I'm on the south side & keeping my fingers crossed the winds don't switch & that nothing sparks in San Marcos. What a beast, but so far we're ok. Here it is from my deck when it first started. Its a bad day for horses. Thank you for thinking of me. It means a lot!!!

I wish my wife would learn to sew..... Probably I'd be more likely to learn though

Up till now DH & DD2 have done all of our emergency sewing. I figure if a 13yr old can teach herself, so can I (maybe.) The blankets I made aren't pretty, but I quess its the thought that counts.

And of course Rav replied with......"Dave's not here man"

talking of... I got to stand with my 4 youngest boys and watch goats have sex. With the, "did he get it all of the way in" comments. ... well... it was weird.

You mean you didn't video it close up in slo mo & post it on you tube?

I didn't even touch him! The buck we used last year was a low oder buck...this one though...WOW! Headache from the stench!

I had no idea they came in different varieties of smell. That would definitely be a good thing to know!
